Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We have several options for shipping depending on where you are located. To get an estimate of shipping costs, simply add the items you want to your cart, and, near the bottom of the page you will see a shipping estimator. Use this to estimate the shipping cost for your order. 

We ship from Monday to Friday with the exception of national holidays. 

Orders are processed in 1-2 days so please confirm your address and telephone number as soon as you order and notify us immediately of any changes. 

Once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled.

Full shipping fees will be charged to re-deliver items returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

In a situation where an item has been returned because of an incorrect shipping address, we can provide a refund minus the shipping costs and a $2.85 per item restocking fee. Refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after the date of the original purchase.

Please note that shipping times are an estimate not a guarantee. If an order takes several days longer than the estimated time, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the status of the shipment.

Taxes

For customers in Washington, state taxes will be added to your purchase at checkout. For all other US customers, there are no taxes on your purchase.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! For international customers, there are no taxes charged on your purchase but it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. However, in our experience, this is rare for small orders of children's learning materials. 

Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have any concerns, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Returns

We provide samples of almost all of our songs online. Please listen before you buy as we are unable to accept returns on CDs. Of course, if we made a mistake and something arrives broken, mixed up, etc., please let us know immediately, and we will reship a replacement product right away!

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
