FAQ
Questions About My Order
Q. My order has taken longer than I expected to arrive. When will I receive it?
If your package has taken one week longer than the estimated shipping time, please do the following:
1) Confirm your shipping address. Check your order confirmation email or login to your account and check that the shipping address you provided is correct. If it is not correct, contact us.
2) If you chose delivery by postal mail, contact your local post office. Occasionally, a delivery is attempted but nobody is home. The mail carrier usually leaves a note, but sometimes the note gets lost or there may be a misunderstanding with the address. In such cases, the package will be held at the post office, usually for about 2 weeks. If you contact the post office and tell them you are expecting a package, you may find out that they’ve been holding it for you.
3) If you chose delivery by courier such as UPS, you will have received a tracking number with your order confirmation. Check the tracking number online to learn the status of the shipment.
4) If you still haven’t received your order, please contact us. We’ll work with you to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Questions About Shipping
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We have several options for shipping depending on where you are located. When you add items to your cart, you can check the shipping rate/time before you decide to purchase.
We ship from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days but may take longer during Christmas and other busy seasons. The estimated number of days for your chosen shipping method is the number of days after shipment.
Please be aware that shipping times are only an estimate and it may take longer than expected. International shipments in particular can be held up by your local Customs office and they have the ability to hold or delay a shipment, refuse a shipment and return it, or assign a duties fee. While we make every effort to assist with the smooth processing of your order through Customs, returns and duties remain your responsibility.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping costs anywhere from $2 and up depending on what you are ordering, where you are shipping to, and how quickly you would like to receive your order. If you would like get an estimate of the shipping costs, just add the items you want to your cart and click on “View Cart”. Near the bottom of the screen you will see a Shipping Estimator. Enter your information to find out how much shipping will cost for your order.
We try our best to keep shipping charges low. However, if you do find shipping costs a little too hard on your pocketbook, be sure to consider selecting the download option for the items you are purchasing. There are no shipping fees, no taxes, and you receive your order immediately! Not to mention the fact that no packaging, and no carbon emissions during shipping is great for the environment!

Questions About Downloads
Q. Can I buy a single song download?
A. No, unfortunately the costs involved with credit card processing single song downloads makes it unreasonable for us. However, we've tried to fill each CD with a LOT of content you'll be able to enjoy at home or in the classroom. We think you'll be glad to have the full collection of songs!
Q. I don't have time to download my order right now. Can I download it later?
A. Yes! You can download your order anytime. There is a limit to the number of times you can download but no limit to the amount of time you can wait before you download.
Q. How long does a download take to download?
A. That depends on your internet connection. It can take anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes for a complete album to download. Generally, it averages around 3-4 minutes.
Q. When I start my download, I see a dialog box asking if I would like to *save* or *open* (sometimes *run*) the file. Which should I choose?
A. Select "save". If you do not save the file, you will not be able to access it later.
Q. What is a Zip file?
A. The size of the files you download from Super Simple Learning are somewhat large. In order to make downloading easier and faster, we need to make the files smaller. To do so, we create a "zip" file that compresses the data. After your download is complete you need to "unzip" the file, or uncompress, the zip file before you can access the contents.
Q. How do I open a zip File?
A. Since zip files are very common, most computers come with software already installed to "unzip" zip files. In most cases, you simply need to double-click the file to start unzipping.
In rare cases (usually with older computers), you may not have compression software installed and will need to install it in order to unzip the file. A quick search for "free compression software" in Google will lead you to many free zip programs.
Q. When I attempt to open my download, I get a message that says, *file is corrupt*. Help!
A. All of the files in Super Simple Learning downloads are protected and safe. When a "File is corrupt" message appears, it is usually because a) there was an interruption during the download, or b) there was an attempt to "unzip" the file before the download finished.
If you get this message, try the following:
1) Delete the file from your computer.
2) Re-download your order (check your confirmation email for the link).
3) Make sure the download finishes completely before attempting to open.
Q. Where is my download? How can I access it?
A. When you complete your purchase, you receive a confirmation email with a link that will take you to a page where you can download your order.
If you did not receive the email, it may be because your email service has sent our message to your "SPAM" folder. First, check there for the email. If you find it, please mark it as "not spam" and then add us to your safe list or address book. Otherwise, all messages and contact from us will be lost.
If the email is not there, please contact us.
If you have any other problems, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll make sure you get your downloads!

A. Not yet! We're working on it. Twinkle Twinkle was a video made just for YouTube to celebrate 100,000,000 views. It was a big project for us and it's going to take us a little time to make enough similar videos for a DVD. But it's coming!
Q. What ages are the materials best suited for?
A. Super Simple Learning materials are created for emerging speakers. Our goal is to create materials that are simple enough for children who are just learning to speak English, but fun enough for kids of all ages.

Native-English speaking children: Baby - Kindergarten
English as a Second/Foreign Language students: Baby - 8 years old
